Two decades of placing capital nationwide

2003

ARC Funding Group, LLC is established

Founded as the successor to Lake Creek Financial, a nationwide bridge lending operation.

2003 – 2008

Bridge lending and the launch of loan brokerage

ARC provided bridge loans directly while building out commercial loan brokerage services alongside its own lending activity.

2008 – Present

A dedicated focus on loan origination

ARC transitioned away from lending its own capital to focus exclusively on placing commercial loans with the lenders best positioned to fund them, across permanent loans, construction financing, structured deals, and bridge loans nationwide.
